Kashmiri Pudina Chutini/Mint
Relish
Serving size: 3-4 people
Ingredients:
- Dry 1 tsp pudina/mint powder or fresh mint leaves,
- salt to taste,
- Yogurt,
- Pinch of red chili powder.
Method:
- Beat yogurt in small bowl or katora.
- Add dry pudina powder, chili powder and salt.
- Mix well.
- Chetini is ready.
- If pudina powder is not available, then mince fresh pudina in a mixer and transfer in a small bowl. Add yogurt, chili powder and salt to pudina paste.
